For Twenty-first Sunday after Pentecost on Oct. 17, 2021

Ecclesiastes 5:10-20

Hebrews 4:1-16

Mark 10:23-31

23 And Jesus looked around and said to his disciples, “How difficult it will be for those who have wealth to enter the kingdom of God!” 24 And the disciples were amazed at his words. But Jesus said to them again, “Children, how difficult it is[a] to enter the kingdom of God! 25 It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich person to enter the kingdom of God.” 26 And they were exceedingly astonished, and said to him,[b] “Then who can be saved?” 27 Jesus looked at them and said, “With man it is impossible, but not with God. For all things are possible with God.” 28 Peter began to say to him, “See, we have left everything and followed you.” 29 Jesus said, “Truly, I say to you, there is no one who has left house or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or lands, for my sake and for the gospel, 30 who will not receive a hundredfold now in this time, houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and lands, with persecutions, and in the age to come eternal life. 31 But many who are first will be last, and the last first.”

Preschool Endowment Fund

By the Grace of God, we are establishing an endowment fund to be a permanent source of support for out preschool. As you know, we started Trinity Preschool over 35 years ago. This has been an important outreach in the Creston community.

Through our preschool we have shared the Gospel message with hundreds of children and their families.

Some far-sighted members of Trinity see the value in the establishment of a permanent fund to underwrite the financial stability of our preschool.

The intention is to establish a permanent fund to be invested, to provide financial support. The principal will never be spent—only the earnings will be used.

We ask that you consider being a part of this venture. If you have questions contact Bill Magers or Mike Lang.

If you with to make a donation to this fund, just put your check, payable to Trinity, in the regular offering plate. Be sure to mark the envelope “Preschool Endowment Fund.” Thank You!

Thank You Let them be filled with JOY! Psalm 68:3 You sure did fill those baby bottles! Over $18,000 was raised! And you gave us joy in seeing how God continues to provide for our clients through you. Thank you.

With joy in our hearts,

The LC Clinic Family
