LIFE TOGETHER

VISITORS: We are so glad you joined us today. We do collect offerings during our worship services. While we believe this is a chance for each believer to be a good steward of the gifts they have received from God, you are welcome but not expected to give an offering while you are our guest. If you would like to learn more about the Lord’s ministry here at Trinity please call Pastor Rutz.

He would love to get acquainted and visit at a time that is convenient for you. You are also invited to join members in the fellowship hall after the service for a time of fellowship.

Attendance Cards: Visitors and members are asked to fill out an attendance card (found in the pew rack) and to list names of each family member in attendance. On Sundays when there is Holy Communion please list the names of those who will be communing on the Holy Communion registration side of the card. Hand the card to an usher.

If you have moved or have a different phone number, or email address please note any changes on the attendance card so that we can update our records in the office.

Lenten Services: Wednesday evenings at 6:00 p.m., in Creston. Youth Confirmation Class in Creston will be right after each service.

Early Risers has been canceled.

Live Streaming of Creston’s Services: Despite the Coronavirus threat, we continue to livestream the Divine Service each Sunday at 9:00 am and Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. We are working to be able to provide you-tube broadcasts as well.

Service Bulletins: Bulletins will be available on the church website in the Worship section.

Weekly Announcements: These are available on the church website in the same location where they have been for many years. Click on Trinity News.

Sermons: Sermons will be available in print via the website. They will be found in the left hand column Worship section.

Email Addreses: We have had some emails come back to the church undeliverable. If your address has changed please phone the office with those changes or email lhadley@trinitycreston.org with the changes. This is important, especially in recent days, when we’ve tried to keep you informed about all the changes.

Easter Flowers : Easter Sunday is April 12, just two weeks away. You may still want to provide flowers for the chancel on Easter Sunday.

If so, you can take the flowers home after Easter Divine Service. You may use the order form included in the bulletin .

If you would rather just call Janette Lang, please feel free to do so at 641-782-7922. She MUST have your order no later than next Sunday, April 5.

You can bring or send the payment to the church office when you can.

Thrivent Choice Dollars: If you have policies or investments with Thrivent, it is the time of year to select recipients of your Choice Dollars. You have until the end of March to do so. Prayerfully consider Trinity Lutheran Church and/or Trinity Lutheran Preschool as you make your choices.
