Building Healthy Families: Today marks the 10th anniversary of the tragic terrorist attacks known as 9/11. It is now called Patriot Day to remember the lives lost and families affected by this attack on the United States. It is still hard to process how something like this could have happened. When you struggle with trauma or things that happen that don’t make any sense, turn to God for support and reach out to people who can help, like the counselors at LFS.
