Information on the Joint Committee

The Joint Committee for the combining of Trinity Lutheran Church and First Lutheran Church will be sending a mailing to every member of the congregation this week. The letter will provide details for you to consider as we approach a vote on November 17. Please read and prayerfully consider the proposal.

There will be a joint worship service with Holy Communion and the members of First Lutheran here at Trinity on September 15. Fellowship with First Lutheran members will begin at 6pm in the fellowship hall with worship service beginning at 7pm. This will be a good time to worship together with the members of First Lutheran as we consider bringing them into our congregation.

An in depth Question and Answer session is scheduled for October 6th following worship in the Fellowship Hall at Trinity. Please take the time to bring your questions to the committee.

If you have any questions about this or the work of the committee please contact Pastor Watt or any member of the committee. The committee members from Trinity are Jim Nelson, Mike Lang, Anita Wardenburg and Chuck Bowman.
