Attention Youth, Junior Youth, Parents, Teachers, and anyone interested in our churches youth group! The Higher Things Youth conference is in Maryville, MO this July 3-6. You can register for just one day! This event is highly recommended by Pastor Watt for all youth and junior youth. This is your opportunity to see why! The "Higher Things for a Day" registration costs $50 per person, per day. The youth Group will pay all registration fees! With it, you may participate in all the events of the day(s) you attend. Join us for two or three worship services. Sit in on the plenary and breakout catechesis sessions. And have fun with us during the evening free time activities. The registration will also cover your meals on campus, conference materials, and a free T-shirt. Please talk to pastor Watt or visit http://higherthings.org/news/twelve-htfad.html

It's not too early to start thinking about how you might help with the year's VBS--"The Amazing Desert Journey" which will be held July 29-Aug. 2. More details to come!

The Iowa District West LWML convention will be June 28-30 at Camp Okiboji. Registrations after May 23 are at a higher rate. Please contact Janice Nook to coordinate transportation by noon on the 23rd.

The new church sign has been ordered. It will take a couple of months to arrive. If you would like to make a donation to offset the cost of the sign please mark your envelope "Church Sign". Thank You. Gene Cook, Sign Committee Chair.

Life Quote: “The life issues present us with opportunities to point people in the right way, the way of Jesus and the truth of His Word. The life issues present us with opportunities to bring Jesus and His compassion to people who are hurting and struggling. The life issues present us with opportunities to bring people to Jesus and the healing and restoring message of His salvation.” Rev. Dr. James I. Convention Offering – In connection with the Iowa District West convention June 24-26, a special offering will be gathered for the support of two of our congregations. The Asian Lutheran Mission and the Sudanese Mission Lutheran Church are reaching five ethnic groups in the Des Moines Area. As many of them struggle financially, our financial support will encourage them in their Gospel outreach! You may deposit your gift in the offering plate, marked “convention offering" on or before June 17. May each of us respond in light of God’s generosity!

Please find your member information sheet in your mailbox. Update your information and place it in the input tray in the church office. You may also go online and update your information Thanks. http://www.trinitycreston.org/membership-update Pastor Watt.
