Building Healthy Families: As you express and share your love with family members and your special someone on Valentine’s Day this week, remember to also spend some time with your perfect true love. God is love (1 John 4:16). God is the author of love (1 John 4:8). His perfect love casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). God demonstrated his unconditional love by sending his son, Jesus Christ, to sacrifice his life for us (Romans 5:8). Now that is true love! Happy Valentine’s Day! Life Quote: “Humanity is very gifted at comparing the values of various objects, but we must not carry over that pride into the judgment of life. We don’t get to be life connoisseurs, claiming to know what life is worth trying—and what life is not. Children with disabilities will know life differently than you and I, but their lives are not worth less than our own.” Lucy Lefever, Capitol Resource Institute – A “Life Quote” from Lutherans For Life · www.lutheransforlife.org

Please remember to bring a few items for the Creston food bank next week. The mission board has designate the third Sunday of every month as 'Caring for Your Neighbor' Sunday.
