Building Healthy Families: God gave women a special gift--the ability to carry life within their bodies and bear children! Psalm 139:13 says, “You knitted me together in my mother's womb.” It is no wonder that we have a day set aside specifically in honor of motherhood. In a world where human life needs to be recognized as unique and of extreme value we need to continue to encourage young ladies in the immense joy of being a mom. Take time also to thank those women whose children are grown for all of their hard work and dedication to their children. Happy Mother's Day!
