Fellowship Hall Guidelines for Usage

  1. Available by reservation only on approval of the trustees or pastor.
  2. Rent (non-member) is: $50 for the first 4 hours, $10 for each additional hour; $100 per day maximum.
  3. Alcoholic beverages are strictly forbidden on church property. There is no smoking anywhere on the campus.
  4. No dances, running, sitting on tables or horseplay.
  5. Any equipment brought into the building should be removed by the following morning.
  6. Nothing is to be fastened, taped or attached to the doors and walls.
  7. When using the hall, please return it to the condition it was found before use.
    1. Wastebaskets emptied (dumpster is located on the upper parking lot, south end)
    2. Kitchen is to be cleaned after use.
    3. Tables and chairs should be returned as per the attached chart.
    4. Extra tables and chair must be put back in the rack and returned to the storage closet.
  8. Any damage done while using the hall will be repaired at your cost. Billing will be sent for damages done, subject to the discretion of the Trustees.
  9. The person in charge of using the hall is responsible for turning off the lights and arranging for the doors to be locked
