Life Thoughts for the Church Year. God tells His people, “I have set before you life and death, blessing and curse. Therefore choose life, that you and your offspring may live” (Deuteronomy 30:19). He exhorts them to choose life but there is no exhortation to choose blessing. That’s because blessings flow from the choice of life. Choosing life over death will always be blessed by God.
