The LCMS Rural and Small Town Ministry national conference will be held in Kansas City, November 5-7, 2015. Pastor Watt will be making a presentation on "Congregational Mergers". If you are unable to attend you can watch as long as you have internet access and an invitation. The webcam is on a private broadcast and you can only gain access by invitation.
