Building Healthy Families: Jesus lives! And now we have a reason for living because He has risen! He lives and now - even in times of tribulation, difficult life circumstances or despair - we can have hope. “He lives to silence all my fears; He lives to wipe away my tears; He lives to calm my troubled heart; He lives all blessings to impart.” I know that my Redeemer lives! Lutheran Family Service of Iowa (515-251-4900)

Christian Care: Trinity has established a Christian Care fund to help people in our communities who are in need. Our Thanksgiving offering will be used to fund this account (use your Thanksgiving envelope). You may also give to the fund at any time simply use one of the Christian Care Fund envelopes on the narthex table. Any member of Trinity may request a gift for anyone in need. Find forms for requests on the Narthex table.

Life Quote: “‘Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for Thou art with me.’ … What gives meaning to these words? It is the Easter story of Christ’s resurrection. He lives and walks with me. We know this is no sentimental thought, but an objective truth that God is God, and He uses this verse to comfort His children. Because He lives, we can face tomorrow with confidence.” Rev. Homer Larson, speaker on the Christian Crusaders radio program – A “Life Quote” from Lutherans For Life ·

Please remember to bring a few items for the Creston food bank next week. The mission board has designate the third Sunday of every month as 'Caring for Your Neighbor' Sunday.
