June 24-26 (Beginning in late afternoon) Pastor our lay delegate, Mike Lang, will be attending the IDW Convention at Camp Okoboji.

Deadline for giving any items to Maggie or Joy for the ingathering at the IDW LWML Convention, as they will head up up to Okoboji on the 27th. Refer to the note on the back of this sheet for more info.

VISITORS: We are so glad you joined us today. We do collect offerings during our worship services. While we believe this is a chance for each believer to be a good steward of the gifts they have received from God, you are welcome but not expected to give an offering while you are our guest. If you would like to learn more about the Lord’s ministry here at Trinity please call Pastor Rutz. He would love to get acquainted and visit at a time that is convenient for you.
After today’s service, everyone is invited to stay and join together for a potluck dinner as part of Trinity’s 90th Anniversary celebration. Mark your calendars for Sunday, November 18, when we will have a final special anniversary service followed by a catered meal. More details will be shared closer to that time.

MISSIONS
If anyone is interested in giving any Ingathering items to the 2018 LWML IDW Convention please have to Joy Brown or Maggie Dory before they go to the Convention on June 27th. Ingathering items are: New washcloths; Men's deodorant-travel size; Toothpaste-travel size; $5.00 McDonald's gift cards for Veterans. Becky Hagen is accepting money from anyone who would like to give towards the purchase of the $5.00 gift cards.
The LWML is also still accepting any of these newborn size items for the Life Care Clinic Baby Bundles, which either gender can wear. (1) Diapers (2) Sock/booties (3) Long sleeved sleeper (4) Burp Bib (5) Onesies (6) Cap (7) Receiving blankets. A Prayer Book and Mustard Seed Devotion are also included in each bundle. These items can be placed in the receiving blanket lined basket in the narthex.
Thank you all for your continued generous donations that help to make a difference in the lives of hurting, helpless and unbelieving people at home and throughout the world.
Used Portals of Prayer can be placed in the box located below the mailboxes in the Narthex. These will be distributed free this summer by the LLL at the Iowa State Fair. There is a big demand for these. Thank you.
